AIM Conference Center Manila

I was coming from Cebu City and I had a face to face class at AIM. The rates are pretty cheap compared to other accommodations around. The place is a bit old and they were going through some renovation works. I arrived late in the evening and was basically there to spend the night for the class the following day. I was not able to check out the other amenities. The staff were nice, they even help to point out where the nearest convenient store was since I had to buy some personal things. The rooms are clean. AC is centralized. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Wifi is provided for guests. The room had a TV but I did not the chance to turn it on. Hot shower is available. The rooms include towels and basic toiletries. The price did not include breakfast. I tried to check out the cafe by the reception but it looked like it offered only pastries and cakes. Good thing the hotel's location was near to a lot of establishments. I had my breakfast in a near by McDonalds.

A very professional center at which you can stay in. Very nice clean rooms with great services. Excellent location near Greenbelt where available a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also very near to Legazpi active park.

It's good, the venue is nice but a lil dated. It's clear that the place needs a tad of renovation here and there. Also, there's no public transport nearby so get ready to pick a taxi or walk

Stayed here about 15 times over the last 8 years. Convenient location is why. Easy walk to Greenbelt shops and restaurants/bars and quick access to/from the airport via the Skyway. Small rooms compared to big name hotels but they are clean and only about AU$100 a night. Small Cafe France deli downstairs caters for breakfast and lunch Mon-Sat and a Filipino restaurant upstairs. Friendly staff, most of whom have been there since my first stay.

Rooms are quite old, I mean, given the fact that it's a long-standing building. But service is good and it's walkable to great places like the big mall and unique stores.
